Permanent Jewellery Appointment Booking Deposit
To schedule an appointment for your permanent bracelet or anklet, please use this page to reserve your time slot.
A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied directly toward the purchase of your permanent jewellery. The remaining balance will be collected once your appointment is complete.
Permanent jewellery is a custom, in-person experience, and each piece is welded specifically for you during your appointment.
Deposit & Appointment Policy
Your booking deposit secures your appointment time and will be deducted from your total purchase price on the day of your visit.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once the 24-hour window has passed.
No-shows will also forfeit the deposit. Appointment Timing & Availability
Appointments are offered in 30-minute time blocks.
Please arrive on time and be mindful of your scheduled slot. While we do our best to stay on schedule, permanent jewellery is a personalized process. Some appointments may take slightly more or less time depending on individual needs.

We make every effort to keep the chains listed on this page in stock at all times. Charm availability is also kept as current as possible; however, inventory may change without notice.
If you have your heart set on a specific chain or charm, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.
