Before You Visit

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment.
• Guests under 16 require parent or guardian consent.
• A re-weld within the first year is free. Please keep your chain and contact us to arrange a visit.

Permanent jewellery is designed for ongoing wear, but it can be removed by cutting the connecting link. It is not indestructible, so treat your chain with care.
