Refund policy
1. Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sale.

All custom and special orders are final sale.

Please ensure you have ordered the correct size and specifications before completing your purchase.

2. Regular-Priced Items – Store Credit / Exchange Only

Regular-priced merchandise is eligible for store credit or exchange only within 20 days of purchase.

No refunds on regular-priced items.
-
After 20 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.
-
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Refunds – Out-of-Stock Purchases Only

Refunds are only issued when:

An item you purchased is out of stock and
-
We are unable to fulfill your order.

In this case, we will refund the purchase amount to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (for out-of-stock items):
If you have not received a refund:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take a few business days for the refund to post.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be credited or exchanged:

All PPE and related equipment, including but not limited to:

Firma Energy Masks

Face shields

Gloves
-
Hand sanitizer stations

Disposable masks

Hand sanitizer

5. Partial Credit or Exchange (At Our Discretion)
In limited cases, partial store credit or exchange may be granted at our discretion, for example:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We are not obligated to offer partial credits and may decline returns that do not meet our conditions.
6. Items and Repairs Not Collected
Any items or repairs that are not picked up within 90 days of notification become the property of Tricia’s Gems. No credit, refund, or further claim will be available after that time.
7. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

Email us at tricia@triciasgems.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once inspected, we will confirm if the exchange is approved.
8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item once it is received and approved. A gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the store credit or exchange will be issued to the gift giver.
9. Shipping Items Back to Us
To return an eligible product, mail it to:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive store credit or an exchange, any return shipping costs we incur may be deducted from your credit.
Shipping times for exchanged products will vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend:

Using a trackable shipping service, and/or
-
Purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
